$9.6m: Former NNPC boss, Andrew Yakubu, arraigned in court

Former Managing Director of NNPC, Andrew Yakubu, was this morning arraigned before Justice Ahmed Mohamed of a Federal High Court in Abuja for the $9.6 million and £72,000 found inside a safe at one of his homes in Kaduna state on February 10th.
